POCKETMEDI, INC. (the “Company”) collects information from you for the purposes of providing the Services it offers, as more fully set forth and as defined in the Company’s Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference and is subject to the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Agreement, the Agreement will prevail. This Privacy Policy covers Company’s treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that Company gathers when you use our Services. Personally identifiable information is not required to access services and is optionally disclosed by the user for personalization of services.

The types of Personal Information collected includes your username (alias), and other personal information necessary to register you, and any information you post to the Application, along with tracking your use of the Application. This includes the device location, UNIVERSALLY UNIQUE IDENTIFIER (“UUID”) of any mobile devices you use to access the Application, information you voluntarily provide about health issues etc. The Personal Information you provide is also used for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing your service, and communicating with you about our services.

WILL COMPANY SHARE ANY OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION IT RECEIVES?

Your Company account personal information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need to protect against unauthorized access to your account and personal information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account. We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to protect the security of your personal information during transmission. This software encrypts all of the information you input. Our server (on which your personal information is stored) is also secured and access is restricted only to authorized employees.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION CAN I ACCESS?

The Company allows you to access your Personal Information about you for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information.
