Managing a child with a chronic illness can be an overwhelming task. The PocketMedi application has been a great tool to help us through these phases. It allowed us to keep our families posted on the developments through the notes and questions section. It even allowed my son to read the comments and wishes posted for him. The thing that i like most is the ability to talk and communicate with other families. This has been an invaluable experience for us and we have made some lasting friendships in the process. The exchange of information and experiences on the blogs have helped us gain better understanding of the disease and discuss challenges we faced. It has also played a key role in making informed decisions for our son.
